Integration & Next Steps
- Place the provided Ad-Shield script in the <head> section of your website.
- The script is available here.
- The script must be inserted directly into the HTML file. Do NOT load the script via other scripts / 3rd party tags (including publisher’s own scripts). It may cause unexpected errors.
- Inform your Freestar Team when the script is live.
- Freestar and Ad-Shield will complete the setup and enable ad recovery.
- For reporting, please reach out to your Freestar Team and we will happily pull this together.
AMP Support
Unfortunately, Ad-Shield is currently not supported for websites built with the AMP framework. Please do not insert the Ad-Shield script into the website built with AMP. If you are delivering both AMP and non-AMP versions of your website, please insert the Ad-Shield script only in the non-AMP version.
