Site Management Page
Users that are set as demand partners in our system will login to the portal and see the title of the page reflect their Demand seat. They will only have access to approve sites for their Demand seat.
This first screen will show the partner all of the sites they are able to make changes to the status.
Search Box
There is a search feature at the top of the site that will allow users to search for sites by, account name, domain name, or words/numbers the domain may contain.
Status Filter
Next to the search feature is a Status dropdown that can filter specific statuses, allowing them to quickly see only domains that are “Pending approval” for example.
Bulk Editing
When searching through domains, partners can use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple sites so that they can quickly go through and approve more than one at a time.
- User checks the boxes of sites they want to edit.
-
User can then use one of two tools to make the update.
-
For sites that have default ID’s (params/values) set, those partners can set the status from this screen to be either Approved or Rejected.
-
For sites that need to enter in ID’s (params/values) they can use the “Review & Edit” button to take them into a new view that will allow them to set the status and add/update any of the adapter params/values.
-
-
If a user decides to Reject a list of bulk sites, it will take them to a new screen to allow them to add to the notes field to include reasons for each site's rejection.
Site Review Page
When selecting from the three dots menu and choosing Review Site, users are taken to a new screen that will provide a more detailed view of items they can change/update for a site.
- Review status: This option allows the demand partner to either Approve or Reject the site.
- Notes from Freestar: Read only field that will provide the demand partner any notes about the site that Freestar has added.
- Demand partner notes: Editable field that allows the demand partner to add any notes about the site, typically used for reasons why they rejected a site.
- Blocklist type, Sizes, IDs: The demand partner will be able to see a list of sizes and the Prebid parameters that need to be set in order for their demand to run properly. Depending on the partner these may be filled out by default based on the blocklist type and they can be edited by the partner if needed or just confirmed.
Demand Partner Email Notifications
Demand partners will receive email notifications when a site is created in FAD so that they are aware there is a new site awaiting their approval. They will also receive an email notification if a site is rejected and a Freestar user changes it back to Pending Approval as a form of resubmission for approval to the partner that had previously rejected the site.
Partners with logins to the DMD will receive notifications and their emails will be BCC for privacy reasons.
- Site is created
- Site is resubmitted after rejection
