When ads appear outside the container, are cut off, or are not centered, there could be several reasons for this issue.
CSS: the majority of these issues can be easily resolved by editing the CSS. Often our team can resolve the issue through custom CSS applied to a specific ad unit or product. However, there may be certain properties or classes that are out of our control and in those instances, we would provide guidance on how you can resolve the issue.
Creative properties: in other instances, there may be specific formatting that is being applied to the creative itself. Unfortunately, there is little we can do in these situations as creative properties are set by the advertiser, load within an iframe, and little can be done to override them.
Responsive vs non-responsive ads: some ads automatically adjust to fit different screen sizes and devices. They "respond" to the available space, so they look good and are readable on any screen. Other ads have a fixed size and while they may look good in one position, they appear cut-off or overlap content within others. Freestar can help adjust sizes for specific units so they are appropriate for the device and screen width.
