Overview
Freestar has a dedicated team of trafficking experts to ensure seamless request processing. Please submit your requests using this form, or as a backup, send your trafficking requests to trafficking@freestar.io and copy your Freestar Point of Contact using the appropriate template.

- For Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Preferred Deals, use this form, (or this template if you use the backup channel).
Before submitting direct campaigns, ensure you have:

- Reviewed Direct Deals Support - Familiarize yourself with the information in our Direct Deals Support section
- Key Values Set Up - Key values must be configured on your site using existing keys from Freestar's GAM. We can add values at any time, but you must use our GAM's keys and ensure they are implemented on your pages before campaigns can go live. Key values are used for targeting specific pages/sections/topics.
- Ad Unit Mapping - Identify which existing ad units correspond to new Freestar ad units. Provide specific ad unit names for both existing and new units (preferably Freestar ad unit names).
- Direct-Only Placements - Specify any direct-only placements and which campaigns should run within them.
- 28-Day Data Collection - New publishers should note that inventory forecasts are unavailable until ad units and key-values have been live in Freestar GAM for at least 28 days to collect sufficient data for accurate forecasting.
Timing
- Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours for up to five campaigns.
- If you are submitting six or more campaigns, please submit that request at least 48 hours in advance.
If you have an emergency or need a quicker turnaround, please include "URGENT" in the subject field of the form or email us at trafficking@freestar.io to request an exception.
Best Practices
- Submit your requests using this form, for a better service and visibility.
- Add one business day to the turnaround times mentioned above before any US holiday.

- While you wait for creative assets or tags, send the requirements early so Freestar can prepare the campaign and reserve the inventory.
- If you are in onboarding, address all trafficking questions now. Every campaign must be fully ready and resolved before the launch date, so they are active the moment we switch the tags.
